Billing & Auto-Renewal

Billing for recurring memberships occurs automatically on the same calendar day of each month as your original purchase date. By purchasing any recurring membership or pass, YOU CONSENT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD BEING AUTOMATICALLY AND RECURRENTLY CHARGED FOR THE APPLICABLE FEE UNTIL CANCELLED. Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Annual or Founding Member prepayments are billed in full at the time of purchase or on the official opening date as specified in your order agreement.

Complimentary Services & Introductory Offers

Any complimentary service included with membership enrollment (such as a complimentary swing evaluation or bay orientation) is available to first-time members only and may only be redeemed one (1) time per member. Complimentary services do not renew or reapply upon membership renewal or reactivation.

Simulator Bay Bookings & Lessons

All simulator bay reservations, golf lessons, and fitting sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability and facility capacity rules. Members must adhere to maximum booking limits tied to their specific membership tier. Cancellations for bay bookings or private lessons must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid forfeiting the booking time or incurring a late-cancellation fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel a recurring monthly membership at any time by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice prior to your next billing date by emailing [email protected] or submitting a cancellation request through your member portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period; no partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days during that cycle. Presale deposits or annual passes are non-refundable except as explicitly outlined in specific presale promotional terms or prior to facility opening. The Golf Workshop reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time, at which point a pro-rata refund for any unused pre-paid period will be issued.

Fee Changes & Modifications

The Golf Workshop reserves the right to adjust membership fees, bay rates, or facility rules. Members will be notified of fee changes at least 30 days in advance via email. Fee changes take effect on the following billing cycle; continuing your membership past the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new rates. If you dispute a charge, please contact [email protected] before contacting your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and administrative fees.

Liability Waiver & Guest Policy

All members, guests, and lesson participants must sign a standard Waiver and Release of Liability prior to utilizing simulator bays or equipment at The Golf Workshop. Members are responsible for the conduct and safety of any guests accompanying them into the facility and for ensuring guests comply with facility rules, footwear requirements, and equipment care guidelines.

Compliance, Property Care & Severability

Members and guests must treat equipment, simulator turf, screens, and technology with care. Members may be held financially liable for willful or reckless damage caused to facility property. If any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

You and The Golf Workshop agree that any dispute or claim arising from this agreement shall be resolved individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. All disputes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, with venue residing exclusively in the local courts of Denver County, Colorado.

Cardholder Consent & Payment Authorization

By completing your registration, you expressly authorize The Golf Workshop to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with these terms. You may revoke this authorization at any time by cancelling your membership in writing via email at [email protected] before your next billing date. Recurring payments made via ACH or debit card are subject to applicable Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) regulations.
